    For Phil Benson, the golf professional at Itasca Country Club, the decision was akin to grabbing his driver for a long par-4. In other words, a no-brainer.
    Joining forces with MM Players Club, he figured, would give Itasca "exposure, advertising and a little cash."
    MM (short for "MultiMembership") Players Club launched this spring as a way to connect Chicago-area golfers with private clubs.

    A membership costs $1,000 -- $700 if you bring three friends -- and gets you the right to walk on at clubs such as Joliet, Lake Barrington Shores, South Bend (Ind.) and Kenosha (Wis.). READ MORE

    MultiMembership Golf Group Introduces Chicago Area Players Club

    The MultiMembership Golf Group has introduced its new golf membership, the MM Players Club for Chicago-area golfers. With an MM Players Club card, members will get access to multiple private country clubs for one annual fee. Currently, 14 private country clubs in the Chicago area have partnered with the MM Players Club. The company expects that number to grow significantly during the 2009 golf season. READ MORE
