Yes, a couple. First, on weekend and holiday mornings, tee times will be limited. Understandably, our partner clubs have to keep those times open for their full-time members. But you'll be able to make times throughout the week and on weekend afternoons. Second, we have a standard limit of six rounds at each partner club in 2009. Some partner clubs are limiting members to three or four rounds in 2009, but almost all are allowing our members to bring six foursomes this year. With our original 17 partner clubs, it all adds up to 95 foursomes in 2009. Go to "For Golfers," then "Partner Clubs" for details.
Q: WHY DO SOME COURSES HAVE MM PLAYERS CLUB PROFILES
AND OTHERS DON'T?
We're working on it. But you can play all of our partner clubs, whether they have a profile or not.
Q: HOW DO I MAKE A TEE TIME?
When you become a member, we'll send you a welcome letter with a membership card and a list of phone numbers for our partner clubs. We'll also send you a password for the "Members Only Tee Times" area of our site. All the phone numbers of our partner clubs will be posted there. We're also working on an online tee time system, which some partner clubs will participate in and others will not. Until then, all you have to do is call the club.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PLAY?
You and your three guests pay only guest fees at our partner clubs. Please go to "For Golfers," then "Partner Clubs," to view guest fees.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A PARTNER CLUB?
Your signed membership card and a photo ID with a matching signature.
Q: DO I HAVE TO LEAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER
WITH MM PLAYERS CLUB WHEN I SIGN UP?
Yes. After becoming a member, the only time your credit card ever would be charged is if you fail to honor a tee time. The MM Players Club enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you don't honor a tee time, your card will be charged for guest fees.
